1. Acceptance of These Terms

When you download, install, or play Garena Free Fire MAX, you agree to follow all the rules in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these rules, you should not install or play the game. These terms govern your account details, in-game behavior, map creations, and purchases.

2. Account Creation and Social Login

To play the game, you need to create a profile. You can log in using Garena credentials or link your game profile to social accounts like Google, Facebook, Apple, VK, or Twitter. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Garena is not responsible for any issues if you share your account details or let others use your profile.

3. Firelink Sync Agreement

FF MAX uses Garena's proprietary Firelink synchronization system. When you use your linked account, you agree that your progress (including character levels, outfits, weapons, statistics, and purchased diamonds) will sync automatically across both standard Free Fire and Free Fire MAX clients. Any purchases you make or items you use will immediately update on both versions of the game.

4. Craftland Creative Content Rules

Free Fire MAX features the Craftland editor, which lets players design custom maps and write logic rules. When you upload custom maps or game modes to our servers:

• You grant Garena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, run, copy, display, and share your map designs with other players.
• You understand that Garena supports cross-play, meaning players from both standard Free Fire and Free Fire MAX can join and play on your custom maps.

5. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat Policy

Garena is committed to providing a fun and fair environment for all players. We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and hacking. If you participate in any of the following activities, Garena will suspend your account permanently:

• • Using unauthorized cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, or memory editors.
• • Modifying the official APK file or OBB game directories.
• • Using tools to bypass emulator matching rules to match against mobile players.
• • Exploiting game bugs to get an unfair advantage over other players.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Diamonds, battle passes, and virtual outfits purchased in the game have no real monetary value and are non-refundable, unless required by your local laws. All transactions must be completed through official platforms, such as the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Garena's official payment centers.
