A. Account and Firelink Sync Data

When you log in to FF MAX using your Garena account or social media platforms like Google, Facebook, Apple, VK, or Twitter, we collect your player ID and login token. Since we use Firelink technology to connect standard Free Fire and Free Fire MAX, we automatically sync your game progress. This means your level, ranks, character outfits, pets, statistics, and any diamonds you buy are kept up-to-date across both versions of the game.

B. Device Specifications

We collect information about the device you use to play. This includes your phone model, operating system, available RAM, CPU type, graphics hardware, and screen size. We use this data to automatically pick the best graphic settings for you, such as enabling visual filters or allowing higher frame rates up to 120Hz on supported screens.

C. Craftland Map Creator Data

If you use our Craftland editor to build custom maps and program logic rules, we upload your maps, layouts, and scripts to our cloud servers. We link these maps to your player ID and give them a Map Code so you can share them with other players and invite them to play with you.

D. Matchmaking and Location Info

We collect your general location and network latency (ping) to place you in regional matches with low delay. We also track gameplay metrics during matches to improve our matchmaking system and ensure that players from both standard and MAX clients play together without lag.

3. Game Integrity and Anti-Cheat Telemetry

To make sure everyone plays by the rules, Garena checks for cheating software, modified game files, and emulator bypass tools. The game client monitors your active system processes and device configuration during play. If our system detects unauthorized tools or mods, we collect the details to take security actions and protect the community.

4. How We Use and Share Your Information

We use your information to run the game, process your purchases, and handle support requests. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We only share match and account info between standard Free Fire and Free Fire MAX so that players on different devices can play together in the same lobbies.

5. Managing Your Account and Data Rights

You can change your login links or update your profile settings anytime in the game menus. If you want to request a copy of the data we have saved or ask us to delete your account permanently, you can submit a request through Garena's official customer support portal.
