1. System Performance and Device Capability

Actual gameplay performance in Garena Free Fire MAX, which includes graphics quality, visual filters (Classic, Bright, Vivid, Ocean), shadow effects, persistent tire tracks, spatial 3D audio, and frame rates up to 120Hz, depends on the capabilities of your device.

While baseline specs require at least 2 GB of RAM on Android or iOS to run, high-end visual enhancements require stronger processors and graphics chips. Garena uses automated hardware profiling to check device specs and may disable premium visual details to prevent performance lag or game crashes.

2. Installation Package Verification

Garena distributes official game packages through authorized stores like the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store. If you sideload the game using standalone installer packages (such as APK and OBB files), you are responsible for verifying that the files are genuine.

Garena is not responsible for device damage, security issues, or account blocks caused by installing modified packages or files downloaded from untrusted third-party websites that fail SHA-256 digital signature checks.

3. Matchmaking and Server Conditions

FF MAX supports cross-play matching, which lets standard Free Fire and Free Fire MAX players compete in the same lobbies. Game connectivity, response times, and matchmaking speed are subject to local internet routing, regional server loads, and Garena's cloud server status.

To keep matches fair for mobile players, Garena uses automated detection to separate PC emulator players from standard mobile players, placing them in different matchmaking queues.

4. Craftland Maps & Community Creations

Custom maps, programming logic, and custom rules built using the Craftland editor represent user-generated content (UGC). While hosted on Garena's cloud servers, these maps are designed entirely by the players. Garena is not responsible for content, bugs, or rule issues in custom rooms built by the community.
